We are pleased to attach the following with regards to the new Companies Act, 2016 (CA2016) for your kind and urgent attention:
- Circular on CA2016 covering:
- Salient features of CA2016 which may have immediate impact on your company
- CA2016 provisions requiring timely update of pertinent information related to the company, directors and/or shareholders
- CA2016 Info Sheet
- An Info Sheet is provided to facilitate and ensure your company’s compliance with CA2016 requirements for timely updating of relevant/necessary corporate information so as to avoid the significant increased penalties provided under CA2016 for any non-compliance
- Please complete and return the same to us on or before 28 Apr 2017 (Friday) for our further action
